Booking Deadlines

  • January Issue: 5 December
  • April Issue: 1 March

  • October Issue: 5 September

Late bookings negotiable. Artwork deadline one week later.

Design Fees

If you are unable to submit a quality, print-ready design, we can design your advertisement at a charge of 15% or the space cost.

 
Terms & Conditions

All advertisements are accepted subject to approval of copy and to space being available.

The Publishers reserve the right to omit or suspend an advertisement at any time without assigning a reason for so doing.

Placement of ads is at our discretion unless otherwise arranged (priority given to quality artwork).

Payment is to be made within 30 days of invoice being issued.

All advertisements must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland Code.

Technical Information

Artwork must be supplied via email or CD as a press-quality PDF, TIF or JPEG. InDesign or EPS files with embedded fonts also acceptable. For best quality, all images should be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Colour images must be CMYK. Files that do not meet a high standard will need to be redone.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations made after the booking deadline are charged at 50% of the ad price.
